We’re helping kids fight cancer through…
The Andrew McDonough B+ (Be Positive) Foundation is one of the largest providers of financial assistance to families of kids with cancer nationwide.
The B+ Foundation has helped thousands of families being treated at over 240 U.S. hospitals. Thanks to your generous support, we have been able to lessen the financial burden so families can focus on what’s most important — their child’s health. Scroll down the homepage to learn more.
The B+ Foundation is proud to support cutting-edge childhood cancer research across the country. A few of the world-class institutions that have received our support include Seattle Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber/Harvard Medical Center, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The Children’s Oncology Group, the leading childhood cancer research organization in the country, has been a beneficiary of our support as well. This is a time of great discovery in childhood cancer research. We owe it to the children — those 46 kids who are diagnosed each school day — to seize this opportunity.
These groups are the preeminent, national collaborations of childhood cancer charities and medical professional groups, who advocate for greater awareness of childhood cancer and significantly increased federal and private sector funding of childhood cancer research.

Notes from Joe
Meet B+ Hero, Thaddeus
Here’s a note from Thaddeus’ Mom:
“Thaddeus is an incredible 7 year old boy that was diagnosed with ALL T cell. Prior to his diagnosis, he was a very busy boy! He was quarterback for the tackle football team, he was ranked #1 in the nation for his age and weight in wrestling, a first degree black belt, a level four gymnast, was set to perform in his first Nutcracker with his ballet company, violin player, and artist. Now, he’s in the battle for his life!”
Thaddeus sounds like an amazing young man, doesn’t he?
How can you help Thaddeus and the other 46 kids who were diagnosed today?
