The TCS Sydney Marathon offers one of the most breathtaking 42.195km courses in the world, starting on Miller Street in North Sydney and concluding at the Sydney Opera House. See all the great elevation changes, bridges, tree-lined sections and key landmarks, plus Party Zones, drink stations, gel and electrolyte stations along the way. Immerse yourself in one of the world’s most scenic marathon courses, taking in some of Sydney’s most spectacular and historic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.
The TCS Sydney Marathon — announced as the Seventh World Marathon Major in November 2024 — is a World Athletics Platinum Label marathon and is the sole remaining participant legacy of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Registration Info
All participants must raise the fundraising level by August 29th, 2027. If the amount isn’t reached, attendees agree to cover the remaining amount.
