Last weekend, we were privileged to be the beneficiary of the generosity of two amazing young ladies, Christina and Meghan des Groseilliers. Christina and Meghan are two high school students who organized a “Teen Dance Party” to raise money for the B+ Foundation. As you will see on the attached links to NBC-10 TV (Philadelphia) and the News-Journal (DE), it was a big success. Thank you, ladies!!!

I would like to ask for your prayers today for two brave young kids. The first is Matthew. Matthew is a student at St. Mary Magdalen School where Ali and Andrew graduated. Matthew has what is called Chiari One Malformation. Please pray that the pain subsides and the tests that he has upcoming on 2/24 show encouraging findings and lead to a quick, painless, and effective treatment plan. Under the ‘it’s a small world’ category, I just learned that Matthew is the son of a woman that grew up about 5 houses away from me in Claymont. Matthew, you’re in our prayers, buddy.

The second child, Anna Cusatis, is in the PICU at A.I. duPont Hospital and she is, obviously, very sick. Please visit her Caringbridge page and offer your prayers and support to the Cusatis family. Thanks!

On a personal note, it was nice having Ali home for Winter Session. She lived with us and took a class at the University of Delaware’s Wilmington campus. But, Monday, we brought her back to Newark for the Spring Semester. Ali, we think about you all the time. We’re always a ‘family of four’ no matter where you rest your head. We love you!

Live Like Andrew - smile :)

Proud to be,

Ali’s & Andrew’s Dad

P.S. Happy birthday to Patti McDonough and Greg Murphy!!!
