I am very pleased to report that the Internal Revenue Service has notified us that we have been approved as a full fledged 501(c)3. It generally takes 4-13 months for the government to approve a Foundation's non-profit status, so we are very pleased that our application went so smoothly and quickly. We couldn't have done it without the generous assistance of attorney Chad Toms of the law firm of Bifferato Gentilotti.

We just received a new shipment of "B+"/'Pay it Forward' cards. They're free! :) sort of...you have to do something nice for someone. If you need some cards, please go to www.BePositive.org and email us and we'll send them out to you.

I know I've said this before, but we do have a new website re-design coming soon. We hope you will like it.
