We don’t have the online registration site set up yet, but I want to share with you some details of our 2nd Annual B+ Foundation Run/Walk. We had a TREMENDOUS turnout last year and I’m hoping we can even exceed that.

When: Thursday June 19, 2008

Where: Run & Walk will begin and end at Salesianum School (Andrew’s school), 1801 North Broom St., Wilmington, DE

Event: 5k run and shorter distance fun walk (probably 1 mile)

Purpose: The money raised will be used to help families of critically ill children, support research, and fund scholarships at Salesianum.

Cost: We are asking everyone to create teams and raise money by getting pledges from your friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. Start thinking about teams now! I hope this approach will also allow all of our friends from around the country to ‘participate’ by sponsoring someone (i.e. Ali J) on a team.

For those who don’t want to raise money, the entry fee will be $16 in advance, $20 day of the run/walk.
