New B+ Hero
I would like to introduce you to an amazing young lady, 12 year old Steph Bader. Steph lives in NJ and is battling a brain tumor. I have had the pleasure and honor of meeting Steph's big sister, Kaitlyn. I can't wait to meet Steph as well.
Please take a minute out of your day today to leave Steph a nice message on her FB page to let her know that the B+ Nation is behind her. I'm sure she'll appreciate it. Thanks.

Thank You NYU!!!
Boy, did the Greek Community rally for the kids!!! How do you top your inaugural dance marathon (NYDM) where you set a collegiate record for the most money raised in a first year dance marathon??? Just go out and double it!
That's right. On November 16th, NYDM 14 raised $252,757.68! Unbelievable. And, what is equally impressive is the amount of awareness that these students generated and the love and support that they continue to show to the 15 B+ Heroes (kids with cancer) who are paired with student groups at NYU.
Thank You Note from One of Your Families
Please see a note from a family that you have assisted through The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation:
Our family was very blessed to receive financial help from your foundation. Our son Joseph, 12 years old, was diagnosed at age 9 with Glioblastoma Multiforme, a grade 4 brain tumor. He received surgery, radiation, and chemo. After going off chemo he remained cancer free for about 1 1/2 years before being rediagnosed on July 7, 2014. He had surgery again on July 11th and is now receiving chemotherapy. During Joseph's first round of cancer, my husband (our only breadwinner) lost his job, we had to move, and my father passed away from angiosarcoma. Needless to say, this has been a rough 3 years. We have 5 children total and lived in a one bedroom apartment! Even through all of this God has remained our stronghold and has blessed us immensely.
Your financial contribution was used to help pay for travel and household bills. Thank you so much for blessing us. It is folks like you, who give after loss, that help those of us still fighting. I am so sorry for your loss, but thankful that God has given you a heart for serving others. Our Joseph is a special guy who lives life with a smile on his face and never complains. He is always looking for ways to serve others. We are privileged to be his parents and learn so much from him.
Thank you again and thank you to all of your donors. It helps so much to know that there are people out there who care about what we are facing each day.
Thank you all for making this possible.
