Messages from My Bosses
Please meet B+ Heroes Tessa, Kaison, & Roya. I’ll let their parents - and their beautiful smiles - do all the talking.
“Dear B+ Foundation, I am profoundly grateful for the generous financial assistance you provided during my daughter's leukemia battle. Your support has made a significant difference in our lives, helping us navigate through challenging times. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and commitment to making a positive impact on families like ours. With heartfelt appreciation, Holly”
“As Kaison’s mother, I thank you for the assistance that’s has helped us more than you can imagine. Kaison was diagnosed with Bilateral Retinoblastoma at 2 months. He is now almost 7 months. This has been a difficult time for me because he’s is actively going through chemotherapy and I have to be out of work to care for him because of all the sickness going around. We travel to doctor appointments weekly. Kaison has been the strongest little baby through all of this. He loves SpongeBob and is full of laughter. Even though he shows no problems and can’t tell me what he wants, I know he wishes for this to be over soon to live a normal life as a baby. We truly thank you for your help and support during our difficult time. It means a lot to us!”
“I want to let you know that my family and I are truly appreciative and would like to Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for the financial assistance supporting Roya and myself while she is being treated.
Roya is 3 years old and was diagnosed on 11/10/2023 with B-Cell Leukemia. Prior to this Roya has never been sick with the exception of the common cold nor hospitalized since birth. The diagnosis was a shock to our family. During her hospitalization Roya has encountered a few hurdles and is still admitted receiving treatment.
We are grateful for your financial assistance. It has been a huge relief and helped us out in a big way!”
NOVAdance
On Wednesday night, I got a chance to speak with about 300 new sorority sisters at Villanova University (PA). I always feel very honored to share Andrew with people for the first time (in most cases). This week was a little tougher as this past Monday was the 17th anniversary of Andrew’s diagnosis and our horrific, surreal journey. Having said that, I am so thankful for the philanthropic mindset of today’s youth.
Make it a great weekend!
