Thank you very much for all the nice, supportive comments as we faced the 10th anniversary of Andrew's passing on July 14th.  It was so hard!

Ten years ago today, the world lost the brightest of stars and I lost one of my best friends, my flesh and blood, and part of who I am.   On the morning of July 14, 2007, my son, Andrew John McDonough, was alive and we still had hope; albeit small.

Think about the most important person in your life. Now, imagine what it would be like to not see them, talk to them, hug them for 10 years. A decade.

It's been an interesting last couple of weeks.  We were very humbled and appreciative of the exposure of The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation on The Today Show.
