To all of our NY area B+ Hero families and those connected to them, please read the following message that NYU Medical Center has asked us to post.
Due to the power outage and flooding in the area of the Medical Center, we have been unable to reach all of our patients and families, including accessing messages and patient phone numbers. In addition, the usual answering service is down as well. If you are trying to reach any of the doctor’s and staff – and/or if you want to leave us your phone number so we can reach you, please do so by calling (212) 206–2088. Our email server has returned to service as short time ago, so we are starting to get some messages that way. However, in order to get full information and updates, please call
us.
We hope to be opening the clinic this coming Monday, November 5th if Con-Ed can get our power up and running. Please check back on this site or call us at the number above so we can inform you of the latest updates.
