Well, I’m finally coming up for air.  I have spent the last 4 days in a gymnasium watching some amazing girls high school basketball at the Diamond State Classic (www.diamondstateclassic.org).

The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, through the work of Ali and Chris, was honored by the Philadelphia Eagles tonight at the NovaCare Complex.

Ali & I returned home a short time ago from Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies.
