From Friday at 7pm until Saturday morning at 7am, the students at the University of Vermont danced through the night for our kids.

On Wednesday, Carly and I had the pleasure of traveling to The University of Texas at Austin as the school's chapters of Alpha Epsilon Phi National Sorority and Sigma Chi Fraternity presented The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation with money they raised to fight childhood cancer.

Our hearts are heavy. At 6:30pm CST last night, B+ Hero Kori Quinn passed away at the age of 18.
Thurs. Feb. 6th
Wow, hats off to the Seahawks for a thrashing of the Broncos. Boy, I didn't realize that wading into the Super Bowl on social media was going to be such a 'third rail' issue.
