Spreading the Word
Last week, I traveled to Washington, DC last week for our “Alliance Action Days”. We brought together over 200 family advocates from across the country.
Impatient for Progress
I am literally in the air right now on my way back home from Brussels. As you may recall, The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation is the lead sponsor of this exciting initiative that brings together Regulators (FDA, EMA, etc.), Industry (Pharma), Researchers (pediatric oncologists), and Advocates (like us).

Delaware Senate Passes HB 23!
Thanks to the efforts of former Charter School of Wilmington student Minnie Proud initiating a bill (HB 23) with Kim Williams State Representative, 19th District, I had the privilege of speaking to the Delaware General Assembly about childhood cancer, The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, and my son, Andrew.
A Truly Memorable Week!
After spending 12 hours at Villanova on Saturday, we headed to The Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware on Sunday for UDance 2019!

I want to keep you updated on the discussions stemming from President Trump’s State of the Union Address about increased funding for the fight against childhood cancer. As you may recall, he proposed an incremental $500MM over the next 10 years.

On Wednesday, Carly and I had the pleasure of traveling to The University of Texas at Austin as the school's chapters of Alpha Epsilon Phi National Sorority and Sigma Chi Fraternity presented The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation with money they raised to fight childhood cancer.
