This past weekend, we went down to OCNJ and had fun, rain and all. Ali had a great idea to take some pictures on the beach and we were able to get some in on Saturday right before the storm came.

Delaware Youth Soccer Association (DYSA) and Hockessin Soccer Club (HSC) have very generously decided that our Foundation and Kids Kickin’ Cancer (founded by Alicia & Brandon Lewandowski) will be beneficiaries of the upcoming “Kohl’s Cup” soccer tournament at HSC on Nov. 8-9.

First, let me congratulate everyone on a successful CureSearch Walk on Saturday in Wilmington.

Please keep Ally Heintz’s family in your prayers. Ally, an amazingly brave 4 yr old girl from PA, was a neighbor of ours when we were in the A.I. DuPont PICU last year.

Today, while it was tremendously sad, I had the honor of paying my respects to the Wilson family at Jeremy’s viewing. I truly feel blessed to have met Jeremy at A.I. duPont Hospital, but I wish I had never met him for this reason.

It’s hard to believe that my little girl is 18!!! Ali, your Mom, Andrew, and I are all so proud of you.
