Last night, Chris and Ali were honored as the winners of the SmartTalk Hero Award presented last night at the DuPont Theater in Wilmington prior to actress Sigourney Weaver's talk.
Mon. March 10th
As the weather is getting warmer (at least here in DE), it's time to start thinking about one of the biggest (AND BEST) 5k run/walks in Delaware -- the 8th Annual B+ Fighting Childhood Cancer 5k.
Mon. March 3rd
The very first B+ Hero that we ever paired with a group is Joey Borowski (aka Joey B.). Joey was in treatment for about 3 1/2 years for leukemia, off treatment for about 15 months, and then the cancer relapsed.
Mon. Feb. 24th
From Friday at 7pm until Saturday morning at 7am, the students at the University of Vermont danced through the night for our kids.
Fri. Feb. 21st - Hook 'em horns!
On Wednesday, Carly and I had the pleasure of traveling to The University of Texas at Austin as the school's chapters of Alpha Epsilon Phi National Sorority and Sigma Chi Fraternity presented The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation with money they raised to fight childhood cancer.
Wed. Feb. 12th
Our hearts are heavy. At 6:30pm CST last night, B+ Hero Kori Quinn passed away at the age of 18.
Thurs. Feb. 6th
Wow, hats off to the Seahawks for a thrashing of the Broncos. Boy, I didn't realize that wading into the Super Bowl on social media was going to be such a 'third rail' issue.
Tues. Jan. 28th - Back from the Road
It's been a busy last week. I missed all the snow in Delaware but I have Ali's beautiful photograph to see what I missed.

It means so much to me to see kids embrace the fight against childhood cancer and the B+ message.

Thank you very much to the Wilmington Police & Fire Departments for another great Wilmington Winter Classic benefitting The B+ Foundation.
